Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when scheduling recycling or destruction services.

• Ensure that devices sent for recycling are free from dangerous or prohibited materials.

• Retain backups of any data or files you wish to keep before sending devices to us.

• Cover shipping costs for devices sent via postal recycling unless otherwise agreed upon.

Data Security and Liability

• We guarantee secure erasure or destruction of data stored on devices submitted for recycling.

• We are not responsible for data left on devices if you fail to disclose the presence of sensitive information.

• Certificates of data destruction are available upon request for added assurance.

Prohibited Items

We do not accept the following for recycling:

• Hazardous materials or items classified as dangerous goods.

• Devices containing biological, chemical, or radioactive substances.

• Non-electronic waste (e.g., furniture, appliances not related to IT).

Pricing and Payment

• Fees for data destruction or specialized services will be communicated before processing begins.

• Payments must be made in full before the release of certificates or reports.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service for prohibited items or materials.

Warranties and Liability
